I'm trying to buy a gold membership, but ClickBank link isn't working

Please open a support ticket here. We will send you an alternative payment link.

I have upgraded to gold membership, but my account is showing FREE

There are 2 possible solutions:
1. Please logout from your USER AREA ( delete cookies and history and login again to see your gold status.
2. If you weren’t logged into your idplr account while making the purchase, or if you have used different email on checkout page than you account email (for example different PayPal email), then our membership software has probably create a new account for you. Details for your new account were sent on your email address which you used on checkout page. Please check that email as well as spam folder. If you didn’t receive any logins, please send an email to [email protected].

Where can I access my bonuses?

I had a lifetime membership and now it's downgraded to FREE.

There is NO possibility that we or our system downgraded your account. Please check do you have multiple accounts on (free and gold) and that you are logged into the correct account.

If you can’t find your gold account, please open a support ticket and send us your Clickbank TRANSACTION ID

What is the price of your service?

You can choose one of three different gold subscriptions plans – 3 months, 1 year or lifetime. You can see all the details here:

Can I sell products for any price?
When you download our products – the become yours and you can sell them for any price you wish. Some products have minimal price set which is stated in product licence so before you start selling the product, check the licence for that information.
How do I request a refund and what is the refund period?

You can request a refund either by ClickBank directly, or by posting a support ticket and selecting “Refund request” category.

Refund period is 30 days from the date of a purchase, regardless of the membership that you purchased.

What is the difference between list building rights and giveaway rights?

Can be used to build a mailing list

Indicates whether you can give the product away for nothing in return (i.e. people can download the product from your website for free without providing an email address or any other information).
