There are 2 possible solutions:
- Please logout from your USER AREA (https://www.idplr.com/members/member) delete cookies and history and login again to see your gold status.
- If you weren’t logged into your idplr account while making the purchase, or if you have used different email on checkout page than you account email (for example different PayPal email), then our membership software has probably create a new account for you. Details for your new account were sent on your email address which you used on checkout page. Please check that email as well as spam folder. If you didn’t receive any logins, please open a support ticket here.
There is NO possibility that we or our system downgraded your account. Please check do you have multiple accounts on Idplr.com (free and gold) and that you are logged into the correct account.
If you can't find your gold account, please open a support ticket and send us your Clickbank TRANSACTION ID
When you download our products - the become yours and you can sell them for any price you wish. Some products have minimal price set which is stated in product licence so before you start selling the product, check the licence for that information.
Can be used to build a mailing list
Indicates whether you can give this product away for free in exchange for a visitor’s email address or other information (this is different to giving it away for free, since people must provide their information to get access to the product).
Can be given away for free
Indicates whether you can give the product away for nothing in return (i.e. people can download the product from your website for free without providing an email address or any other information).
